If you are in need of furniture, we may be able to help. All clients must be referred to us by one of our referring organizations. To find out if you/your family are eligible, contact one of these agencies. Once you have a case manager they may download the furniture request form. They may send it us, filled out, by emailing referrals@www.makeahomect.org or by faxing (203) 527-7136.
Please note that you cannot make an appointment for yourself. Make a Home Foundation only accepts clients through a case manager or other independents.
